Reviews and Ratings
I loved the spacious and clean rooms at the hotel, but being right below the night club made it noisy to get a good night's sleep. The service was a bit inconsistent, with staff quoting different costs and asking about check-out times. The location was convenient for business but not so much for tourists. Although the dining options were average, I did enjoy the baked apples. Overall, a decent stay with a couple of drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Dubai Internet City Metro station, which is fantastic for commuting to work. The rooms are clean but need some furniture arrangement and lack pressing machines. The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being rude and others, like Mr Ali from Morocco and the Indian gentleman, being exceptionally pleasant. Dining options need improvement, with limited variety and quality. The facilities are decent, though there is room for enhancement.
The hotel rooms were big enough and bright for a 4-star hotel, making it very easy to reach all areas. However, the room wasn't ready upon my late arrival close to midnight, and it was located above the Shisha lounge, which could be noisy at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the location was a bit far for my liking. The service was generally good, although there was one staff member who was quite rude. The dining options were underwhelming, but the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious with good natural lighting, had old furniture with cracks and peeling paint. The service was a blend of friendly staff but also incidents like a staff member opening my food box to smell it. The location was rated highly for its helpful staff and Bell man service but had some unpleasant aspects. The dining experience fell short with low-quality food and limited variety. However, the minibar was overpriced. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
